不同途径病毒唑给药疗效评价

Estimation of the Curative Effect of Virazole Given in Defferent Ways

为探讨不同途径病毒唑给药疗效，对１２０例次喘憋性肺炎患者随机分３组：病毒唑超声雾化吸入组，病毒唑静滴组及对照组。结果表明治疗组有效率明显高于对照组，差异非常有显著性。两治疗组有效率相似，差异无显著性，但雾化吸入组显效率高于静滴组，并且差异非常有显著性。提示病毒唑治疗有效。

In order to discuss the effect of virazole given in different ways,one humdred and twenty cases of epidemic bronchiolitis were divided randomly into three groups:virazole ultrasound aerosol inhalation group,virazole i.v.drip group and control group.The results showed that the effective rates in both treated groups were markedly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and the effective rate between both treated groups were similar without significant difference.The excellent effective rate in aerosol inhalation group was higher than that in i.v drip group,showing significant difference.It is suggested that virazole therapy is effective and virazole ultrasound aerosol inhalation shows by far the superior effect.
