血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1在肝细胞肝癌诊治中的意义

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Significances of Detecting Circulating Intercellular Adhesion Molecule1 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

对４０例肝细胞肝癌患者血清细胞间粘附分子１（ｓＩＣＡＭ１）测定的结果显示：患者平均ｓＩＣＡＭ１水平为１９０５ｎｇ／ｍｌ，明显高于正常对照的３０３ｎｇ／ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０．０１），４０例中血清甲胎球蛋白（ＡＦＰ）阴性和低持阳的１５例，其ｓＩＣＡＭ１也呈阳性。７例外科切除术后ＡＦＰ持续阴性４～１８月者，血清ｓＩＣＡＭ１水平高于正常两倍以上，进一步随访全部复发。结果提示血清ｓＩＣＡＭ１水平的测定有助于肝细胞肝癌的早期诊断和复发监测。

Levels of circulating intercellular adhesion molecule1(ICAM1) were meassured in 40 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).The results showed that the mean value of sICAM1 in HCC was 1 905ng/ml which was significantly higher than the 303ng/ml of the control(P<0.01).The mean value of ICAM1 in 15 cases whose serum AFP were negative was also higher than 1 700ng/ml.During the follow up of 4～18 months,7 patients who under went a hepatectomy showed that serum AFP were negative,but the levels of sICAM1 were two times higher than normal and further examination showed that all of 7 cases had a recurrence of the tumor. The stydues have demonstrated that detecting circulating ICAM1 is of great value in early diagnosis and monitoring rccurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma.
