摘要
采用３ＨＴｄＲ掺入法测定了２３例肿瘤标本对８种常用抗瘤药物的体外敏感性，结果体外敏感率为３９％，并使用体外敏感药物对１０例患者进行了临床治疗。临床有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为６０％，明显高于对照组有效率（３０％），该试验对单细胞悬液制备用自制的“加压细胞筛”方法简单、实用、可推广。
The 3HTdR permeating method was adopted to determine the extrinsic sensitivity of 23 cases of tumor specimens to eight common anticancer drugs,the extrinsic sensitivity rate was 39%.Ten patients were treated clinically with the extrinsic sensitive drugs,the effective rat 60%,which was obvious higher than that of the control group (30%).In this test,the self created“pressed cell sieve”was used for single cell suspension preparation.The method is simple,practical and worthy of spreading.
