152例脐血血红蛋白电泳观察

Observations on the Electrophoresis of 152 Newborns' Hemoglobin of Umbilical Cord Blood

目的：观察新生儿脐血血红蛋白电泳情况，对α地中海贫血出生率调查。方法：取新生儿脐血做ｐＨ８．６缓冲液电泳。结果：１５２例脐血发现ＨｂＢａｒｔ’ｓ区带阳性者１８例，其中９例（５０％）在ＨｂＡ区带前还有一条快速区带，认为是ＨｂＰｏｒｔｌａｎｄ。结论：柳州市α地中海贫血出生率约为１１．８％，标准型α地中海贫血患儿脐血亦可存在ＨｂＰｏｒｔｌａｎｄ。

Objective:Investigated the incidence of αthalassemia by observing umbilical hemoglobin electrophoresis.Methods:The newborns'umbilical hemoglobin electrophoresis in pH 8.6 buffer solution was conducted.Results:Among 152 cases,18 positive cases in Hb Bart's zone were found,9 of them(50%) had a fast zone before HbA zone which was considered as Hb Portland.Conclusion:The incidence of αthalassemia in Liuzhou City was about 11.8%,and Hb Portland was also in existence in cord blood of newborn with typical αthalassemia.
