摘要
为３８４例二尖瓣狭窄患者实施了球囊导管扩张术，其中３８２例成功，２例死亡。手术遇到的并发症是急性肺水肿、严重二尖瓣返流、栓塞、心律失常等。临床研究显示严格进行病例选择及改进操作技术可降低并发症的发生率。
Catheter balloon commissurotomy was performed on 384 patients with mitral stenosis from May 1992 to January 1997. The operations for 382 patients were successful. The main complications were acute pulmonary edema,severe mitral regurgitation,embolism,arrhythmia,etc. The clinical study showed that choosing patients strictly and improving the operation could reduce the rate of the complications.
