The Japanese Toyota Corporation is well-known for its Crowns and Hinos.The corporation is impressive for its emphasis of harmoniousness in a family way, particulary of the training of employees.The corporation requires the employees to be 'efficient,good at thinking and creative',paying and promoting employees for their creative proposals that have generated value increases.The Toyota series are competitive in the market more for its management than the advanced facilities and technologies.
