摘要 为了解保健食品中的氨基酸成分,利用液相色谱法对广东省128份保健食品进行必需氨基酸检测,结果表明每天食入螺旋藻4g,鸡精50mL,氨基酸口服液20mL,可分别补充机体必需氨基酸需求量的25%,25%,8.5%。 For knowledge of amino acids content in health foods, the Liquid Chromatograph was applyed to detect the essential amino acids in 128 samples of nutritional health foods of Guangdong Province. It was concluded that the spirulina platensis 4g, chicken extract 50mL or amino acids oral rehydration 20mL intaked daily coulk supply seperately 25,25,8.5 percents of required essential amino acids per person.These health foods were recommended to patients and population in health-related condition as additional nutrients supplyment.
