电铅熔炉的节能模拟试验研究

Study on Simulated Test of Energy Saving for Electrolytic Lead Smelter

根据相似理论，对50t电铅熔炉进行了冷态模拟试验，其结果表明：炉内气流分布不均匀、炉子内部结构不尽合理、工艺及热工操作制度尚欠完善。为此，提出了相应的改进措施。

Based on similarity theory,simlated cold test for 50 t electroltic lead smelter was made. The test resucts shown that the furnace's construction was unreasonable.process and thermal operating system were imperfect,internal gas flow was uneven distribution, therefore, improving measure for the farnace were obtained in this paper.
