本文叙述了株冶在锌粉制造的改造过程中，采用反射炉熔锌、压缩空气虹吸吹粉工艺，介绍了收粉系统的沉降室和输送筛分设备改造、低压脉冲布袋收尘器的应用及辅助设施，解决了细锌粉的回收和车间内外环境污染的问题．

This paper narrated the process of making and collecting zinc powder that used rever beratory smelting Zinc,applied compressed air siphon blowing Zinc powder,the settling chamber and transmit screen equipment of colleted system.the application of low-tension pulse bagroom and additional equipment are introduced,the problems of recieving fine Zinc powder and environmental pollution inside and outside workshop are solved.
