本文通过对实行峰谷分时电价的效益的分析，提出削峰出谷用电是企业管理出效益的有效途径．
The basis of the analysis about the gain of the eectricity cost basing on the top-valley conditions,We found out an effectual way that using electricity by cutting top-filling valley is benefits to the corporation druring the management.
