摘要
采用三点弯曲试样测定Tu-154飞机刹车副新旧骨架临界了积分值J(IC)以此作为断裂韧性指标。结合常规力学性能、疲劳性能、扫描电镜分析以及透射显微分析,对回收旧骨架,修复后的性能分析结果得出:旧骨架断裂韧性没有下降,常规力学性能稍有下降但在安全许可范围内,回收复用是可行的。
We have used three point bedning specimen to determine the Critical J-intergral figure Jic Of the new and usedframework of the brake disks in the Tu-154 Planes ,it has ben introduced as the rapture tougness criterion.Combining with theanalysis results of conventional mechanical Property,fatigue property,mitallographic microscope,SEM,XRD, TEM, and after analysing the property of reclaiming and repairing the used frameworks.We can draw the conclusion that the rapture tonghness of the usedframework of brake de das not reduce,the conventional mechanical property slightly reduce while still in the safty admission acope,so,reclaiming and reusing the ued frameworks is feasible.
