An Outlook on the China Shipbuilding Industry in the 21st Century in View of Scientific and Technical Progress

本文分析了科技进步对我国船舶工业发展所起的推动作用,阐述了此项工作的一些成功经验;文章从科技角度论述了实现我国船舶工业世纪交替时期发展目标的可行性;讨论了我国船舶科技力量的优势和不足,对船舶科技工作今后若干年的任务和应采取的措施提出了看法;文章还对船舶工业组织专业化批生产、全国船舶行业统筹发展、重视造船各分支等与船舶科技密切有关的问题作了探讨.

This paper analyses the propelling action of scientific and technical progress on the development of shipbuilding indus-try in our country and discusses,from the viewpoint of science and technology,the feasibility of realizing the development goal of China shipbuilding industry in the century junction period,and also presents some ideas on the tasks of scientific and technical researches in the field of shipbuilding industry of our country in the near future and the corresponding mea-sures which should be adopted.
