摘要
松柏山水库坝址建在岩溶地区的弱岩溶带上,坝基为薄层灰岩,岩层产状平缓,陡倾角裂隙发育,坝基因结灌浆目的在于处理坝体混凝土与基础接触带及风化裂隙、爆破裂隙。固结灌浆施工中采用45°斜孔灌浆技术及帷幕替代团结孔,既满足工程安全要求,又解决了施工干扰问题,并节省工程投资15万元以上,经十多年运行考验,效果较好。
Songbaishan Reservoir is located on a weak karst belt of a karst region, therefor its safety is very important. The rock of dam foundation belongs to veneer limestone, its occurrence is gentle and steep dip fissures are development. The of consolidation grout is for treating of interface between reinforced concrete of dam body and foundation, and weathering fissures as well as blasting cracks. It met the safety requirement of engineering, solved the problem of construction interference, and saved expenses more than RMB 150, 000 yuan that consolidation grout holes were replaced with curtain grout ones and the grout technology using inclined grout holes of 45 degree was taken. The reservoir has been safely operated more than ten years.
