摘要
论述二滩水电站进口发电机转子的结构性能，组装焊接的工艺和技术特点。借助填隙片，旨在呈4头螺旋线型堆叠磁轭冲片；采用了不同规格的压（拉）紧螺杆；又采用管状电阻加热棒加热磁轭，使之达到应有的膨胀量，加装垫片为预紧量，使磁轭热套于圆盘式结构支架上；并采用了多种组合键调整控制联结等新结构、新工艺、新技术和新标准。
The structural features, assembly welding process and its technology features of importedgenerator runner of Ertan Hydropower Station are de8Cribed here. In welding and assembling some newstructures, new process, new technology and new standards were applied.
