摘要
论述在开展全民健身活动中,发展耐力素质,提高有氧代谢水平,增强心肺功能,预防心脑血管及呼吸系统疾病的重要性,并介绍一套根据运动中摄氧量制定的耐力锻炼法,每个人均可根据自身的运动经历和健康状况实现体力锻炼的个体化、定量化和科学化。
Physical training is an important part of human's status ,it includes ,many components such as human's physique,energy and adaptarion erc.If the physique of a human's body and other features can develop fully,it's the best.But this article will not discuss the body's physique, we will discuss the importance of improving the stamina of human's body,the aerobic metabolism and the function of the heart and lung,preventing the possibility of disease in the heart,brain and breath system.This article also introduce a suit of exercise established according to the consumption of the oxygen during the exercise,everyone can exercise individually ,qualirarively and scientifically depending on it's own exercise experience and health status.quantity of oxygen comsum peion by the body, the funcrion of the heart the lung,civil exercise.
