试论高校公体课教学的弊端及改革途径

长期以来，高校公体教学，无论是教学方法、教学内容、教学效果的评价等方面都存在着明显的弊端，从而极大地阻碍了学校体育教学目标的实现。本文对高校公体教学的弊端进行了较为详尽的论述。
