摘要 体育教学中,示范和讲练的方法是使学生明确教学任务,了解要学习的教学内容,动作的名称、结构、要领,以及练习的方法和要求,并通过学生自身的实际练习、掌握和巩固所学的知识。 The demonstration and explanation in physical education make it possible that students could understand the aims of physical education and the contents which they are to learn and get faniliar with the technical terms, essentials, the structures of movenents and the requirements The students can master the strengthen the knowledge
