运动对高校中老年教师血脂的影响作用

The Exploration of the influence and altron of sport to lipidemia in middle and elderly teachers

抽样检测了４６名长期坚持锻炼的中老年教师血脂水平。同时选择年龄性别相同但基本无运动习惯的中老年教师作为对照。结果显示运动组ＴＣ及ＴＧ水平明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。同时，将他们的血脂水平与３年前进行比较，发现运动组血脂升高不显著（Ｐ＞０．１），对照组ＴＣ及ＴＧ均显著升高（Ｐ＜０．００１）

The rate of Lipidemia of 46 middle and elderlyteacherds who have insisted sport for a long time was fmesegation, meanwhile, other teachers in this college, whose age anel sex are similar withaboue teachers, but without habit of sport, were welected as contrast According to the results, it was found that the rate of TC and TG in sport group was much lower that in contrast group (P<0001);mean while, the rates of lipidemia in two group before 3 years were compared with those after 3 years and it was found that the increasing of lipidemia in soport group wasn't abvious(P>01),butthe inereasing of TC and TG in conerast group was very obious (P<0001)
