运动员的科学选材是运动实践中迫切需要解决的一个现实问题。通过对短跑跨栏和跳水运动员的选材阶段指标评选重点及成材模式标准的初步探讨。
Scientific Selection of Athlete is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in sports. By preliminary study on sprinters', hurdlers and long jumpers selection stages, targets, focal points of selection and model standard of successful athletes, this article analys the reason why sprint development in China has stagrated for years, and propose relevent strategies.
