A Brief Analysis for the Mechanical Structure of Spring Mattress

本文讨论了现行市场上常见的弹簧软床垫的连锁型床芯的力学结构,指出了它的缺陷。并介绍了国外新型布袋簧床垫的结构特点和原理,分析了国内没有能生产这种新型床垫的原因。本文提出一种适合我国国情的生产具有布袋簧床垫力学特性的新型床垫,生产这种新型床垫不用更换生产设备,生产手段也实用可行。

This article discusses the mechanical structure of chained bed core for common spring mattresses in current markets and points out its shortcomings,and also introduces foreign new mattress structure with cloth bag spring and its principles,and analyses why this new mattress cannot be produced in our country. Mean while a new type of spring mattress with the mechanical characteristic of cloth bag spring is raised in this article in accordence with the condition of our country. To produce this type of mattress,the production equipments needn't be changed,and the means of production can also be used.
