摘要
本文根据焙烧过程中制品的物理化学反应,分析焙烧品质量对温度控制和炉型结构的要求,叙述环式护与车底炉的本质区别以及在超高功率石墨电极生产过程中环式炉存在的致命缺陷。
Based on the physicochenistry reaction of product during baking, the temperature control and furnace structure requital for quality control of baked product is analysed, essential deference between ring furnace and car - bottom furnace described and the fatal weakness of the ring furnace for producing UHP graphite electrodes pointed out.
