摘要
以《有色冶炼》为例，分析了在当前市场经济条件下，科技期刊所面临的办刊经费紧张，稿件质量、数量无保证，发行量减少等困难，提出了提高刊物质量和增强刊物活力的途径。
This paper, taking 'Non-ferrous Smelting' as an example, analyses difficulties in shortage of funds, uncertainty of manuscript quality and quantity as wen as drop of publishing volume faced by scientific and technological periodical publications under current conditions of market economy, and propose an approach to improving quality and enhancing viability of the publications.
