摘要
本文根据城市道路建设项目的特点,提出了世行贷款项目城市道路建设项目后评价的内容,阐述了城市道路建设项目的过程评价、国民经济评价、影响评价和持续性评价,在此基础上对T市内环线道路拓宽改造工程进行了项目后评价。
With reference to the characteristics of urban road under the World Bank's loan construction project,this paper proposes the contents of the post-evaluation of urban road project and gives its process evaluation,national economy evaluation,influence evaluation and sustaiability evalution, Basesd on the theoretical principles, a project post-evaluation of inner-ring road in T city was conducted.
