摘要 We propose a new method for the interpretation of equidistant feature of earthquake distribution mechanism. Using plastic mechanics and the geodynamical principle and previous research result, we considered that the genesis mechanism of earthquake equidistance results from interaction of glide nets of the middle and lower crust with the upper crust. Their common force sources come from the united interaction of the circum-Pacific and Eurasian seismic zones. Applying the strong earthquake equidistant distribution characteristics, the tendency of future strong earthquake location has been forecasted.
