using natural mineral as raw material,a reinforcing filler of silicone rubber with fairly good quality is prepared by ultrafine crush and coupling modification.The effect of clay dust on mechanical characteristic of silicone rubber products are studied theoretically and experimentally. These clay dust varying in grain size,are prepared by different coupling technologies and coupling agents.The silicone rubber reinforced agent can partly replace fumed silica.
