1998 年嫩、松两江洪水若干问题及哈尔滨站出现更大洪水的可能性

Some Problems About 1998’s Floods in Nenjiang River and Songhua River and the Possibility to Occur Larger Floods at Harbin Section

为了提供工程规划设计应用，有必要对１９９８年嫩江、松花江特大洪水资料进行决口水量还原、校核和合理性检查，并合理估算洪峰、洪量的经验频率。初步分析表明，松花江哈尔滨站存在出现比１９９８年特大洪水更大的洪水的可能性。

For application in planning and design,it is necessary to retrieve the burst flow volume to check the reasonableness of the flood calculation,and to estimate the experimental frequency of the peak and flood volume of the extraordinary floods occured in Nenjiang River and Songhua River in 1998.It is possible to counter floods exceeding the flood of 1998 in the future.
