摘要
介绍松花江哈尔滨水文站设站沿革，记述１９９８年该站出现的三次洪水，其中第三次洪峰为超１００年一遇洪水。
The history of Harbin Hydrologic Station of Songhua River was introduced.The three floods through the station in 1998 were described,with the third peak over that of one percent frequency.
