摘要 Study on the transient expression of GUS gene at different growing stage of Chlorellaellipsoidea using high velocity microprojectiles, the effects of osmosis, the distance between nicroprojec-tile and target cell, bombardment times, are reported in this paper. The results showed that C. ellip-soidea in exponential phase has higer level of transient expression and that treatment with osmosis can im-prove the GUS transient expression notably. The effect of distance or bombardment times was not ob-served.
