双“J”支架管在肾移植手术中的应用

The Use of Double "J" Stent in the Operation of Renal Transplantation

本文报告1995年10月至1997年12月,在肾移植手术中,或因并发症而再次手术放置双“J”管作内引流共31例,均取得较好效果,未发生不良反应。我们体会在有选择的肾移植病人中应用双“J”管有助于减少肾移植术后尿瘘、梗阻并发症、促进移植术后恢复、缩短住院日期。

Double 'J' stent was used between Oct. 1995 and Dec. 1997 in 31 cases underwent renal tansplantation and reoperation for surgery complication. All of them recovered uneventfully without any complication. The indication and technique and management of complication were discussed. We concluded that primary ureteric stenting with a double 'J' stent is beneficial and safe, and its elective use can prevent vesi-coureteric anastomotic complications following renal transplantation.
