手术治疗女性尿道处女膜融合病(附46例报告)

Surgical Treatment of Female Urethro-hyinenal Fusion (Report of 46 cases)

手术治疗女性尿道处女膜融合病46例,对本病的临床特点、发病机理和手术疗效进行分析,表明手术治疗效果良好,总有效率达93％,同时提示了对长期反复发作膀胱刺激症状的女性患者,应考虑本病的可能,对术后无效者,应进一步排除其它的并发症。

46 female patients with urethro-hymenal fusion underwent external urethroplasty were reported. The clinical features, pathogenesis and operation curative effects of the disease were analyzed. The results showed that the operation effects were excellent. The total curative and improvement rate was 93%. It also suggested that the disease should be considered for those female patients who had suffered from irrit-ble symptoms of urinary bladder long term. Furthermore, the complications should be eliminated for ineffective cases.
