直肠癌CT分期与手术病理分期对照分析

A Comparison of CT imaging stage of rectal carcinoma with its pathologic stage

本文回顾并比较31例直肠癌术前CT分期与手术后病理分期。CT分期Ⅰ和Ⅱ期的准确率为85.7％,Ⅲa期为45.5％,Ⅲb期是75％,Ⅳ期为100％,总的准确率为67.7％。结果提示CT能较准确估计直肠的厚度,与周围器官的关系及有否远处转移,但对直肠周围脂肪侵犯及淋巴转移的估计欠佳。

A Comparison of CT imaging in the staging of rectal carcinoma with its pathologic staging from 31 patients was carried out retrospectively. The accuracy of CT stage Ⅰ and stageⅡ ,stage Ⅲa,stage Ⅲb.and stage Ⅳ of rectal carcinoma was 85. 7%,45. 5%,75%, 100%,respectively. The total accuracy of CT stage of rectal carcinoma was 67. 7%. It was concluded that CT can access the thickening of rectum and judge whether rectal carcinoma occur invasion of neighbouring organs and matastasis, but CT is not good effec in evaluation of lymph node matastasis and invasion of rectal carcinoma to lipotissue around the rectum.
