A Probe into the New Way of Teaching Practice Reform Combining Mindong's Reality

教育实习是对师范专科学校学生进行实践教育和教学工作能力培养、确保实现师专培养目标的重要环节．为总结经验，搞好教育实习工作，结合宁德师专近三年实行的由地方教育主管部门和实习学校为主组织实施的教育实习新方案，围绕坚持“三个依靠”等问题作了阐述．

Teaching practice is an important step in which students of teachers colleges can conduct practical education and cultivate their teaching and working abilities.It can assure that the teachers colleges realize their cultivation objects.In order to sum up experiences and develop work of teaching practice,the paper,combining the new plan that our college has carried out for three years that both the local educational managing departments and our college in charge of teaching practice have organized and implemented the teaching practice,talks about some experiences rounding persistence in problems such as “three dependences”and so on.
