摘要
香石竹在组织培养过程中很容易玻璃化，形成玻璃苗．通过几种培养因素对影响香石竹玻璃化的对比试验，可知，增加光照时间与强度、加大琼脂含量、降低细胞分裂素浓度等。
The tissue culture for carnation is easy to be vitrificated.Through the comparative experiment about effect of culture factors on vitrification of carnation,it can be known that it might reduce the vitreous seedling of carnation to strengthen light,increase agar-agar and reduce 6-BA.
