Combined with our college′s reality,the paper explores how to give full play to superiority of teachers colleges′branches of learning to develop scientific research,the possibility for teachers colleges to develop scientific research,how to strengthen horizontal cooperation between branches of learning and to conduct scientific research and to manage scientific fund,and how to solve the relevant problems.
