摘要
人体的免疫系统对疾病的发生、发展和治疗有密切的关系。数学模型是深入了解免疫系统工作原理的重要工具。本文首先从建模的角度介绍了免疫反应的基本概念,接着对免疫系统的调控的基本数学模型作了叙述。然后论述了这些数学模型在红斑狼疮的治疗、肝炎过程的分析等方面的应用,最后对免疫系统模型研究的发展作了展望。
Human immune system is inclose relation with the origin development and therapy of diseases. Mathematical model is an important tool for understanding the mechanism of immune system. The main concepts of immune response from the point of view of modelling were firstly outlined, then the essential mathematical model of regulating immune system was discribed. The application of mathematical model of immune regulatory system to the treatment of SLE and the interpretation of course of hepatitis were discussed. Finally the development of the model for immune system was prospected.
