摘要
利用冻干工艺将可溶性胶原制成海绵状止血材料.通过胶原海绵的结构分析,清楚了所提取胶原的结构和组成.根据医用和实验要求,制成不同尺寸和形状的海绵试样,用于生物学评价.结果表明这种材料在细胞毒性、全身急性毒性、皮肤致敏、皮内注射、皮肤刺激和溶血等指标上均符合规定要求.
Collagen sponge hemostatics were prepared with the soluble collagen by means of lyophilization. The structural analysis were aimed at confirming the composition of the collagen. To evaluate the biological compatibility of collagen sponge, we prepared different types of sample according to medical and experimental needs. The toxicological evaluation included cell culture cy-totoxicity, systemic injection acute toxicity, sensitization, intracutaneous injection, skin irritation and hemolysis. The results indicated that all the parameters met the needs of standards referred to.
