摘要
本文报道了新型X射线影像板和数字化X射线影像仪的研制,分析了影像存储读出材料的电子运动机理,提出了新的空穴陷阱来源及机理模型,设计了影像仪.
Computed Radiography was a new type of X-ray image storage processing and displaying system. The mechanism of information storage centers and processes had been analysed. Two results were found that the composition of hole-trap and tunneling processes of energy transfer. A medical computed rediography with image plate had been developed.
