摘要
提出了80W/90粘度级别的矿油型GL—5车辆齿轮油基础油,讨论了影响其低温性能的各种因素,研制配方经实验室理化性能分析、模拟台架评定,同时对比市售进口80W/90 GI-5车辆齿轮油样品的分析数据,结果显示所研制油品已经达到GL-5车辆齿轮油规格要求。
A formula of mineral oil type GL-- 5 vehicle gear oil of 80W/90 viscosity grade issuggested, and various factors having effect on its low temperature performance are discussed inthis paper. The results of laboratory determinations, simulating bench test evaluations and acomparison against the determined data of imported oil sample have shown that the formulatedproduct is conforming to the specifications of GL--5 vehicle gear oil.
