电伴热油气储运节能的新技术

摘要 油气储运采用电伴热是近几年在国内迅速发展和应用的一种高新节能技术。电伴热用电能来补充被伴热体在工艺生产过程中所散失的热量,以维持介质最合理的工艺温度范围。电伴热带热效率高,节约能源,设计简单,安装方便,日常维护量小,使用寿命长,无污染,能实现遥控和自动控制。 Electric heat--tracing in oil/gas storage and transportation is a new technology forenergy conservation which has been fastly developed and applied for recent years in China. Thetechnology employs electricity to supplement the heat --dissipassion during technology process,and maintain the temperature of material within a reasonable range. The electric heat--tracingfeatures the following advantages as high heat efficiency, energy conservation, reliable design,easy installation, minimum maintenance, longer life expectation, contamination free, and remoteand automatic controllable.
