摘要 固定以烯烃合成润滑油为基础油,以一种无机盐复合12-羟基硬脂酸锂钙皂为稠化剂,固定一种简便而成熟的工艺,考察几种单剂及复合使用的极压抗磨添加剂对润滑脂极压抗磨性的影响。结果表明,在润滑脂中加入适量的抗氧、油性、防锈添加剂,以及填充剂,可制得极压抗磨性很好的润滑脂。四球机试验长磨直径、综合磨损指数可达美军MIL—G—10924F规格标准。 Take an olefine—synthesized lube oil as the base oil, an inorganic salt composited lithium/calcium 12—hydroxyl—stearate as the thickener,and fix a simple and reliable process, to examine the effect of several singular or composite extreme—pressure abrasion—resistant addi tives on performance of the grease. It is shown that a certain quantity of antioxidative, oil—com patible and rust—proof additives and diluents, when added in grease, may result in excellent extreme pressure abrasion resistance. The comprehensive brasion index tested by 4—balls machine meets American Military MIL—G—10924 F specification.
