摘要
简要介绍了减阻技术及其在国内外的应用情况,指出了在新线设计和现有运营管道中应用减阻技术的合理性和必要性,阐明了减阻技术是我国管道技改中的一项行之有效的技术措施。
Pipeline resistance reducing technology and its application both at home and abroad are briefly presented, and the reasonability and necessity of applying the technology in new pipeline design and in existing pipeline operation are analysed to show that resistance reducing is an effective technical measure in China's oil pipeline updating.
