摘要
介绍拉深润滑模拟评定试验机的主要性能、现场应用实例以及与其他评定手段的对应关系,说明了试验机的3个综合评定项目——最大拉深力P、摩擦系数μ(探针法)、极限拉深比LDR的评定方法,并对评定结果进行了分析讨论。
The general performance, application examples of the deep drawing lubrication simulative assessment testing machine and the corresponding relation with other assessment means are introduced, assessment procedures for 3 comprehensive assessment items, namely the maximum deep drawing force P, friction coefficient μ(by sonde procedure), limiting drawing ratio LDR are explained, and the assessment results are analyzed and discussed in this paper.
