摘要
应用行车荷载模拟系统(MMLS3)对AC20,AC16,AC13,SMA16,SMA13,SAC20共6种沥青混合料在48,54,60,66℃下的变形规律进行了研究.试验表明,6种沥青混合料的车辙深度、隆起变形与荷载作用次数关系曲线均明显存在两个阶段;沥青混合料稳定阶段的蠕变速率与温度呈较好的指数关系;隆起系数随荷载作用次数增加逐渐趋于稳定,在某小范围内波动.利用MMLS3可以很好地研究沥青混合料的高温变形和稳定性能.
Applying the 1/3 model mobile load simulator system, the deformation rules of six asphalt mix- tures, AC20, AC16, AC13, SMA16, SMA13, and SAC20 at 48, 54, 60 and 66 ℃ , were studied. The results show that the rutting depth and uplift curves show two stages, the creep slope in the steady stage follows the exponential relationship with temperature, and the uplift coefficient approaches constant with increasing loading time. The deformation and stability of asphalt mixture at high temperatures can be stud- ied using the MMLS3 facilities.
