春风,沿着秦岭南麓轻抚……征帆,在渭洛河被风满灌而行……心儿,情系着渭南1.3万平方公里内的850万亩耕地的收获……理想,偏爱千家带雨耕,融入了陕西粮仓之称的山水沟谷……渭南市农牧局邓清晰局长今年已55岁,陕西白水县人,自西北农业大学毕业后,几十年如一日躬耕于农业战线。他是实干家,敢挑重担,加之工作严谨,又能跟上时代发展的步伐,受到农牧局的同仁们拥戴。且从渭南市今年上半年农业经济运行的基本轨迹中,即可看出他率领农牧局这支队伍是何等的团结、同步和坚强。——今年全市583.5万亩夏粮(其中小麦522.2万亩)获得较好的收成。据统计,总产已达24.86亿斤,居历史上大丰收的第三位。——秋棉生产势头强劲。春播棉花40万亩,超计划3万亩;30万亩地膜棉长势良好,现已进入花铃期;秋粮播种面积已完成347.7万亩,超额完成了300万亩的播种计划,较去年增加了60万亩,是80年代以来秋粮播种面积最大的一年。其中玉米196.6万亩,豆类109万亩。——今年果业生产由于加大了科技含量,形势看好。种植水果187.6万亩,挂果105万亩,上半年苹果、酥梨等已收获120万吨,较去年同期增产10%。还先后与香港中建(控股)公司、比利时等外商达成合作意向,招商引资上了新台阶。
The summer grain crops of 5.385 million mu in Weinan City had a yield of 2.486 billion jin and took the 3rd position among the harvest years in the history.A good harvest of 400, 000 mu cotton sowed in spring and 3.477 million mu autumn grain crops are in sight.The trees of 1.876 million mu are already planted and the amount of livestock on hand are 338.000 animals and 5.382 million fowls. Director Deng Qingxi together with his colleagues showed their ambi- tions:in the last half of this year,au- tumn grain crop of 1.5 billion jin will be harvested in and the goal of harvesting 4 billion jin for the whole year will be reached.Futhermore,special atten- tion will be paid to seed supply of 1 million mu ground film wheat and 3.2 million mu wheat in order to lay good foundation to next harvest year.
