摘要
吉林省交通厅在省委、省政府的领导下,带领广大干部职工解放思想,转变观念,艰苦奋斗,顽强拼搏,扎实抓好公路运输、水路运输、公路建设和养护、港(口)航(道)建设和养护、水上交通安全管理等各项工作,使吉林交通建设发生了深刻变化,进入了优质高效、快速健康发展的新的历史阶段,为全省经济发展和改革开放创造了良好的交通运输条件。近几年来,吉林省交通厅主要做了以下几个方面的工作:一、坚持实事求是的思想路线,更新观念,转换思路,走出一条加快交通发展的新路子。二、坚持统一规划,突出重点,整体推进,提高交通发展的标准和水平。三、坚持发展,深化改革,强化管理,加快交通实行"两个转变"的速度。四、坚持"科教兴交通"。
Jilin Province Communication Department mainly takes responsible for the construction and maintenance of roads and parts,road traffic.water way traffic and water communication safety management.Since 1993,the department tried to research and probe the new thought and new way to speed up the communication development under the market economic conditions so as to gain fruitful results in the construction of material civilization and spiritual values.
