摘要
以镁渣、矿渣、水泥熟料配制镁渣胶凝材料,探讨了镁渣掺量、水泥熟料掺量、物料粉磨工艺、辅助激发剂复掺对镁渣胶凝材料强度(抗压和抗折强度)的影响,分析了镁渣胶凝材料水化产物的矿物组成.结果表明:当镁渣与矿渣掺量相等时,镁渣胶凝材料有较好的强度;镁渣胶凝材料水化较慢,28d后强度还有大幅度的增长;水泥熟料掺量越大,镁渣胶凝材料强度越高;相比"先磨后混"工艺,"先混后磨"工艺所制备的镁渣胶凝材料有更好的强度;复掺3种辅助激发剂(水玻璃、硫酸钠、石膏)后,镁渣胶凝材料强度性能达到32.5强度等级复合水泥标准要求.镁渣胶凝材料水化产物主要由C-S-H,Ca(OH)_2和AFt等组成.
Magnesium slag cementitious material was prepared with magnesium slag, furnace slag and cement clinker. The effect of use level of magnesium slag and cement clinker, grinding process and supplementary activators on the strength of the cementitious material was studied. The mineral composition of hydration product of the cementitious material was analyzed. The results show that the cementitious material have good strength when the use levels of magnesium slag and furnace slag are the same. The hydra- tion process of the cementitious material is slow,the strength has big increase after 28 d. The strength of the cementitious material increases with increasing use level of cement clinker. The strength of the cementitious material that grinds after mixing is better than the one that grinds before mixing. The strength performance of the cementitious material reaches standard for 32. 5 strength grade compound cement when water glass, sodium sulfate and gypsum are added. The hydration products of this materials are C-S-H, Ca(OH)2 and AFt and so on.
