摘要
在分析对比国内外混凝土开裂性能测试方法的基础上,研制了哑铃型混凝土开裂性能测试仪.该测试仪采用应力发生器诱导混凝土试件快速产生裂缝,能快捷准确地评价混凝土材料开裂性能.与现有的约束条件下混凝土开裂性能测试方法(板式约束法、圆环约束法等)对比后发现:哑铃型混凝土开裂性能测试方法具有敏感性强、准确性高、测试周期短、工程应用简便等特点.
A dumbbell test device for evaluating the anti-cracking performance of concrete material under constraint conditions was developed based on comparison of domestic and overseas anti-crack test methods of concrete. This dumbbell test technology can help quickly and accurately evaluate the anti-cracking performance of concrete material with the device of stress riser to quickly induce cricks. Compared with existing two test methods for testing anti-cracking performance of concrete (ring method and slab test method) the dumbbell method has several advantages, such as good sensitivity, high accuracy, short testing cycle and convenient operability.
