计算机辅助成形技术在钛合金材料颅骨成形修补术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价计算机辅助成形技术在钛合金材料颅骨成形修补中的应用。方法 2006年1月至2010年8月共收治颅骨缺损患者133例,其中58例用手工塑型的钛合金网进行颅骨修补,75例用计算机辅助成形的钛合金网进行颅骨修补。比较分析两组的手术时间、消耗的钛钉数量及术后并发症的发生率及疗效。结果计算机辅助成形组手术时间为(105.4±9.6)min,所用钛钉数为(14±1.7)枚,均明显低于手工塑型组的(125.6±10.9)min和为(19.0±2.1)枚(P<0.05)。计算机辅助成形组4例发生出血、积液、疼痛不适和外观不满意等,并发症发生率为5.3%(4/75),手工塑型组发生上述并发症者17例,发生率为29.3%(17/58),两者相较,相差显著(P<0.05)。两组均无钛网外露、伤口感染及排异情况。结论计算机辅助成形技术缩短了颅骨缺损修补的手术时间,降低了手术难度及风险,完善了外观,使得钛合金材料作为颅骨修补材料的优势更加明显。 Objective To evaluate cranioplasty with the titanium alloy net of the computer-aided design(TANCD) .Methods Of1 33 patients with skull bone defects,75 received TANCD cranioplasty and 58 manually generated titanium alloy net(MGAN) c ranioplasty.The operative duration,the number of the expended titanium nails,postoperative complication and curative effects werec ompared between both the groups.Results The operative duration[(105.4±9.6) minutes]was significantly shorter in TANCDc ranioplasty group than that[(125.6±10.9) minutes]in MGTAN cranioplasty group(P0.05) .The number of the expended titanium nials[(14±1.7) nails]was signifi-cantly fewer than that[(19±2.1) nails]MGTAN cranioplasty group(P0.05) .The occurrent rate(5.3%,4/75) o f the postoperative complications including the local hemirrhage or effusion,local ache or uncomfortableness,insatifactory appearancea nd so on was significantly lower in TANCD cranioplasty than that(29.3%,17/58) in MGTAN cranioplasty group(P0.05) .ConclusionT ANCD cranioplasty which was merits such as shorter operative duration,easier operative manipulation,less medical spending andb etter therapeutic effect,is good method to repair the skull bone defect.
