摘要
A TioO2-x/TiN multilayer film was synthesized by ion beam enhanced deposition to modify the properties of material for artificial heart valve (AHV). The blood compatibility of the film was evaluated by clotting time measurement, platelet adhesion test, hemolysis analysis and protein adsorption experiment. The investigation on mechanical properties including fatigue life, wear resistance and adhesion strength between AHV material matrix and the film were carried out. the results revealed a significant improvement of blood compatibility of AHV material by the film coating, and the high level of mechanical properties have also been demonstrated. The synthesized film shows a promising of more desirable AHV material.
