摘要
本文分析了为什么用SPICE模拟振荡电路不易得到持续、稳定输出波形的原因。采用窄带、低幅的脉冲波来产生虚拟热操声源作为振荡电路的起振信号,并用PSPICE软件对揩振电路和张弛电路进行了计算机模拟,取得了良好的结果。
The reasons why it is difficult to obtain a stable and reliable output signal by using SPICE simulation for oscillators are analyzed. In order to circumvent these difficulty, a scheme which uses a short_duration low_amplitude pulse to produce a pseudo_thermal noise source as a start_up signal of oscillator is proposed, and successfully simulates resonant and relaxation circuits by using PSPICE.
